Memory Care Program Manager | Full-Time | Assisted Living & Memory Care

Kingston Healthcare is hiring a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of a meaningful, person-centered memory care experience. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and oversee a memory care program that supports the cognitive, emotional, and physical needs of residents with memory-related conditions. Lead, mentor, and support the memory care team to deliver high-quality, individualized care. Collaborate with healthcare staff, residents, and families to assess needs, build care plans, and ensure ongoing program development. Plan and manage therapeutic activities that foster cognitive stimulation, connection, and emotional wellbeing. Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and best practices. Champion a respectful, inclusive environment that promotes resident dignity, independence, and safety.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nursing, social work, psychology, or healthcare administration preferred. Proven experience in memory care, dementia care, or a related senior care setting required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, guide, and retain a high-performing team. Deep understanding of person-centered care practices and regulatory standards in memory care. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
