PASSIONATE ABOUT FITNESS?

I am looking for highly motivated individuals who have a passion for fitness, a teachable mindset, and a great attitude!

This is a sales and marketing fast track to management position. No experience is needed! We teach everything here in the gym and most of training is all hands on. Daily sales training topics are taught and we also teach a lot of product knowledge when it comes to overall fitness and health.

Responsibilities:

1. Help Potential members get started on a membership

2. Build value in having a healthy lifestyle through our sales process and having great product knowledge about fitness

3. Make calls to guests that are interested in the gym and have them come in for a tour to help them get started on a membership

4. Be able to generate our own leads through outside and inside marketing to help produce new membership

5. Help keep the gym clean

6. If we build enough value of having a personal trainer then we can have the new member get booked with an appointment with a professional to see further success in the gym

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
