Job Description

Elevated Boat Club is seeking a driven and charismatic Membership Sales professional based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is focused on growing our Lake Tahoe membership base by connecting with Bay Area residents, second homeowners, and companies seeking premium recreation experiences in Lake Tahoe. You will build relationships, generate leads, and present tailored membership solutions that reflect the Elevated standard of luxury, convenience, and adventure.

The ideal candidate has a background in luxury sales, hospitality, private clubs, real estate, or high-end lifestyle services and is skilled at engaging affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve membership targets for the Tahoe market. Prospect and engage potential members across the Bay Area through events, outreach, referrals, and digital channels. Identify and cultivate new opportunities for growth among Bay Area second homeowners, boating enthusiasts, and outdoor-lifestyle clientele. Lead corporate membership outreach to Bay Area companies seeking premium employee perks, client experiences, or executive recreation options in Lake Tahoe. Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage leads, track pipelines, and report on sales performance. Represent Elevated Boat Club at networking events, luxury lifestyle gatherings, and community activations. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving questions promptly and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

Proven success in sales, ideally in luxury services, real estate, hospitality, or outdoor recreation. Strong business development skills and a track record of generating and nurturing leads. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse, high-net-worth audiences. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage independent outreach while collaborating with the Tahoe team. Comfortable representing a premium lifestyle brand and delivering a high-end client experience. Prior experience and existing leads with engaging Bay Area clientele or high-end customer segments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
