HOTWORX is a 24 infrared fitness studio providing an unlimited virtually instructed variety of exercise programs including Hot Yoga, Pilates, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and many more, serving every fitness level. Our patented saunas combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise, as we call 3D Training, which makes every workout unique. With 15-minute HIIT and 30-minute Isometric sessions, members can get MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME. More information can be found at: https://www.hotworx.net/studio/redmond-towncenter.

While we are open for 24 hours, we are staffed for certain hours (M-Th 11-8, F 9-6, and Sat 11-4). We are conveniently located in Redmond Town Center.

Job Details & Responsibilities:

• Complete daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.
• Assist members during their visits with a warm greeting for each visit and answering questions.
• Make every member feel special and keep them motivated for workouts.
• Sell memberships and do the necessary promotions for new members.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Maintain a clean studio and promote a positive environment.
• Be active in Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Assist the manager in a variety of ways as needed.
• High energy, positive, self-motivated individual looking to continually grow.
• Sales-focused and able to close the sale.
• Meet/exceed all studio daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• 10+ hours per week and potentially full-time (40) hours.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent (Required).
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).

Compensation: Base Salary (Depending on the experience) + Commission pay + Bonus pay.
