Job Description

The Member Experience Coordinator will assist the facilitation of the department's memberships, programs and services. Primary responsibilities include providing and monitoring facility access, membership services and program registration.

Required Qualifications:

• High School education or GED
• 5 years administrative support experience to include customer service and supervisory experience.
• Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Outlook
• CPR/AED certification with in 60 days of employment

• Superior customer service skills
• Accuracy in data entry
• Able to effectively lead and manage
• High degree of organizational abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Motivated and self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree
• EZ Facilities, SAP
• NCCA accredited fitness and/or a group exercise certification (e.g. ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NSCA, NASM, NCCPT) or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

• Knowledge of the fitness industry.
