About the Role:

We're looking for a

Membership & Enrollment Specialist

to join our team! You'll help connect new families to our programs, guide them through enrollment, and support our current members at either our

Glen Rock or Cedar Grove

locations, depending on scheduling needs.

This on-site role blends

membership sales, customer support, and marketing/social media initiatives -

perfect for someone personable, organized, and creative. You'll help grow our community both in-person and online.

What You'll Do:

Connect with prospective members through phone calls and in-person follow-ups Conduct friendly outreach to convert inquiries into enrollments Support events, program promotion, and marketing campaigns at both locations Assist with social media content creation and engagement to promote classes, events, and enrollment opportunities Assist current members with questions, renewals, and class adjustments Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes and lead status Provide excellent service that reflects Porch Light's mission and values

What We're Looking For:

1-2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, membership support, or marketing Friendly communicator who's confident making calls, in-person follow-ups, and social media engagement Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills Comfortable using CRM or lead tracking tools (HubSpot) Strong computer skills and ability to learn various platforms and programs quickly Passion for performing arts, education, and creative growth Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Bonus Points:

Experience in performing arts, youth programs, or education Background in consultative or relationship-based sales Experience creating social media posts, graphics, or content

Schedule & Compensation:

Starts part-time: 15-25 hours per week

: Glen Rock or Cedar Grove, NJ Opportunity for full-time hours for the right candidate

Hourly rate: $20-$22/hour to start
