The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Eye Lash Extensions, Lash lift, Tinting, and Threading. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Sales Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients.

Previous Sales experience is required. Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus!

Duties include:

Selling memberships using our proven sales system and scripts Answer phone calls, instant messages, and updating social media sites Lead management - reaching out to warm/hot leads and follow up communication Providing outstanding Customer Service and Member Management Promoting the benefits of memberships to guests while driving member retention Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience and prospective members. Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance membership offerings and benefits. Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members Opening and closing the salon and ensuring the cleanliness or all areas

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales experience is required Ability to connect clients to memberships, services, and retail products Ability to manage schedules for stylists and clients Ability to create social media content using brand specific campaign for engagement Strong critical thinking Ability to multitask efficiently Positive, upbeat attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Smart and savvy with solid math and computer skills, confidence handling cash 2 Years or more in Front Desk Sales preferably in Salon/Spa or Membership businesses Reliable transportation Exceptional Customer Service Skills Must be 18 years or older
Experience:

Sales experience - Required Membership Sales: 1 year+ (Preferred) Proficiency in Social Media Platforms - Required Schedule management Customer Service; 1 year+ in the spa industry (Preferred)
