Member Services Supervisor

Responsible for the leadership, management, and quality of services provided to members in the Member Services Department. Receives members and uses thorough understanding of all Credit Union products and services to assist members and solve member and staff issues. Maintains knowledge of Member Services Representative (MSR) position and assumes MSR duties when necessary.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, solution-oriented, positive thinker with extensive customer service experience (three to five years) in a credit union or related financial institution and a thorough understanding of Credit Union products and services.

Supervisory and leadership skills and experience that support collaboration, employee empowerment and engagement, and development and growth are required. A willingness to learn from others, open-mindedness and a curious approach is critically important in our organization.
