This is a full-time in person role.

Responsibilities

Provide top-tier member service by managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction. Utilize systems and tools effectively to track interactions, update records, and ensure accurate data entry. Support and build relationships with members, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and share best practices. Leverage multilingual skills (if applicable) to assist diverse members and foster an inclusive experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred. Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus. Proficiency in basic computer skills, data entry, and handling member information is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
