As a Member Service Specialist (Call Center Representative) you will be a trusted financial advisor for our members, while maintaining professionalism on and off the telephone.
Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities consist of:
Problem solving and member account maintenance
Using multiple systems to process member's requests
Identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
Collaborating with peers and supervisors on a daily basis
Providing excellent member service over the telephone

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Call Center Experience
Previous Customer Service Experience
