Job Description

KUMC Credit Union is seeking a

part time

Member Service Representative to work a shift to assist members with financial transactions efficiently, accurately and with excellent member service.

This position may require you to work at either of our 2 locations and will have some Saturday hours.



Daily Task:



Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service while looking for opportunities to deepen the member relationship.

Perform traditional functions to include daily balancing of a cash drawer in a timely and accurate manner.

Process financial transactions including check cashing, funds transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.

Open new accounts and service existing accounts.

Provide complete and accurate information concerning credit union services, policies, and procedures.

Assess member needs and identify opportunities to help members by recommending additional products, services, or referrals.

Provide information and offer solutions on basic deposit products, credit card products, and services that could benefit members.

Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
