Key Responsibilities:


Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance with a friendly demeanor. Resolve member issues and concerns efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary. Process memberships, renewals, cancellations, and provide assistance with any related procedures. Update member accounts and records accurately in the database, ensuring all information is current and complete. Educate members about the organization's products, services, and benefits to maximize their experience and satisfaction. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and service procedures. Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics. Maintain confidentiality and security of member information at all times.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing excellent service. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and MS Office applications. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
