Member Representative
Job Description
Collins Community Credit Union, a growing organization, is currently hiring for a Member Representative for our Wiley branch in Cedar Rapids. This person will be a competitive, independent, "doer" who can problem solve and get things done through people. In this role, you will promote and provide credit union products and services to new and existing members with referrals to appropriate departments when necessary. This position is responsible for transactions on the teller line, new account setup and account maintenance. To be successful at Collins Community Credit Union you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have excellent communication skills, the ability thrive in a fun, fast-faced workplace, the drive to succeed, and the motivation to launch yourself to the next level. If you have the will, the Credit Union wants to teach you the skill! We pride ourselves on being able to provide exceptional member service and being innovative in the process. Qualified candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented and reliable, be able to multi-task, and have a positive attitude! Must be available to work during business hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00 pm
- Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm
- Saturday 9:00am - 12:00 pm (Rotating Saturday\'s)
2. Actively promote and refer Credit Union products and services that will benefit and contribute to the member\'s financial success.
3. Effectively navigate and utilize various software and platforms.
4. Support the community by attending Credit Union sponsored events and activities.
