Job Summary:

As a Member Experience Sales Associate at LA Fitness, you'll be the welcoming face of the club and a key driver of its growth. This dynamic part time role blends front desk hospitality with proactive sales outreach, offering the perfect opportunity to thrive in a fast paced fitness environment. You'll engage with members and guests, promote club services, and help grow our fitness community, all while enjoying competitive pay, commission opportunities, and a complimentary membership.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Services & Front Desk Greet and check in members and guests with enthusiasm Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member inquiries Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately Update member account information and process payments Maintain a clean and welcoming club environment
Sales & Marketing

Promote club memberships, personal training, and amenities Conduct tours and assess guest needs to match them with the right services Distribute guest passes inside and outside the club Execute daily outreach via calls, texts, emails, and social media Meet or exceed daily sales goals to earn commission and bonus
