We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Member Experience Associate to join our team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional client services, supporting member engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Duties
Greet members and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment
Assist members with inquiries via phone, email, or in person using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Manage member data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Support sales initiatives by promoting memberships, programs, or services to prospective clients
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during membership sign-ups or renewals
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with members or promote upcoming events and programs
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve client services and streamline processes
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the organization's standards of client interaction
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Experience with outbound calling and phone etiquette in a professional setting
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
Previous cash handling experience is desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients positively
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
