What You'll Do

As a Member Experience Advisor, you're the friendly face that members see first, and the steady hand they rely on to get things done right. You'll handle daily teller transactions, open new memberships and accounts, and help members discover financial solutions that make their lives easier.

You'll also educate members on our digital banking tools, assist with fraud prevention, and support community and credit union events that make Hurricane Creek stand out as Saline County's Credit Union.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Processing teller transactions quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail Balancing your drawer daily and maintaining accuracy in all transactions Opening and servicing new memberships, checking accounts, and share certificates Assisting members with debit cards, payroll deductions, and digital tools like mobile and online banking Actively identifying member needs and recommending products and services that fit their goals Supporting Saturday operations and participating in community events throughout the year Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a solutions-first mindset in every interaction

What You Bring to the Team

A friendly, energetic personality with great communication skills A genuine desire to help others and build relationships that last Strong attention to detail, reliability, and initiative Basic math skills and confidence handling cash

2+ years of customer service experience

(financial or retail environment preferred)

Previous cash-handling experience

is a plus Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed
