Are you a compassionate and reliable caregiver looking for a part-time role with great pay and flexibility?

At White Springs Senior Living, we're hiring a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) / Resident Assistant to support our residents and care team.

You'll play an important role in managing medications, assisting with care needs, and helping create a positive, home-like environment for our residents.

Schedule:

3pm-11pm, 1-3 weekdays (Mon-Fri) and every other weekend

We're seeking dedicated team members who serve with character, gratitude, purpose, and heart.



Requirements:



Active Registered Medication Aide (RMA) 68hr course CNA or PCA/DCS certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old (21+ if serving as SIC) CPR & First Aid certification (required) Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented

What You'll Do

Administer and document medications per physician orders and state regulations Monitor, order, and track medication refills Communicate with physicians, nurses, and families about residents' care Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) -- bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergencies
