Medication Technician (Med Tech)

Job Responsibilities:
Accurately administer medications as prescribed Document medication administration per facility policy Observe and report any changes in resident condition Assist residents with daily living activities as needed Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and families Maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents
Requirements:
Valid Med Tech or Medication Aide certification (State of Ohio) Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills Team player with a compassionate attitude
