We are seeking a dedicated

Medication Technician (Med Tech)

to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents with safe medication administration and daily care. If you're dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality service to older adults, you'll make a real difference here every day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately and on time according to physician orders and state guidelines Document medication administration and maintain accurate narcotic counts Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and report promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked medication cart Assist with resident care needs as required (ADLs, hygiene, mobility, toileting, etc.) Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and leadership Follow infection control, safety procedures, community policies, and DHEC regulations at all times
