After a strong AEP, we are looking to add more licensed health insurance agents to our team, agents who are hungry, energetic , self-starters, and willing to put in the work necessary to be successful.

As a Medicare Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating and enrolling eligible individuals into Medicare plans that best suit their needs. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their healthcare options and ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Field calls from potential clients through live transfers and inbound calls. Educate clients on Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment processes. Assess clients' healthcare needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and plan options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare providers. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry. Strong understanding of Medicare plans and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid Health insurance license in your state. Must be willing to work a 40 hour work week.
