As our Medical Spa Receptionist
, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our clients by assisting with appointments and overseeing front desk operations. As a small business, this position also requires additional responsibilities, including making phone calls for promotions, helping us expand our presence in the community. Having a secondary skill set in areas like marketing, social media presence, and sales will be a major asset.
Sales

Responsibilities:
Customer Service
: Provide a positive experience by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Leadership Growth
: This is a management track role--help oversee operations and improve client interactions.
Promote Services
: Educate clients on treatments, products, and specials to boost retention.
Team Collaboration
: Work with the team to improve processes and find solutions.
Operational Support
: Assist with client intake, record-keeping, and appointment management.
Cleanliness
: Keep the reception and waiting areas organized and compliant with health and safety standards.
Independent Work
: Must be able to work alone confidently and solve problems independently when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience
: At least 1 year in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting, with sales experience or training.
Medical Spa or Wellness Experience
: A background in the wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare industry is
required

Leadership Aspirations
: This position is designed for someone who wants to advance into management, not a role for those who wish to stay in a service provider capacity.
