Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various laser/aesthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. As a Licensed Laser Technician, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and wellness of our clients through personalized skincare treatments and services.

Duties

- Perform services such as: Laser skin resurfacing, treating of moles, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, body contouring, and more
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling skincare products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

Valid Texas Laser Tech License and Aesthetician License

At least 1 years experience

- Experience with skin resurfacing, facials, microneedling
- Knowledge of medical grade skin care products.
- Experience in multiple skin types (different skin tones, acne, teen acne, adult acne, hyperpigmentation, mature skin, young skin, etc)

- Sales experience is a PLUS
- A passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
