We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in aesthetic laser treatments and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laser treatments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals in a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Perform esthetic treatments, including but not limited to hair removal, skin rejuvenating lasers (Sciton) and chemical peels. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain accurate client records using software. Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained according to industry standards. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in laser technology and beauty treatments. Uphold exceptional customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Participate in bi-monthly marketing/social media days. All laser training will take place onsite with our professionals. Laser Certification will be paid for prior to start date.

Skills

Proficiency in retail sales with an understanding of client needs and product recommendations. Experience with esthetic laser treatment procedures and safety protocols preferred, but not required. Ability to navigate software systems efficiently and with precision. Knowledge of various aesthetic services including neurotoxin and fillers. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Attention to detail with a focus on sanitation practices in a medical setting. A valid cosmetology license or relevant certification is preferred, but not required. This position will allow for up to 20 hours / week of appointment opportunities. We pay using a commision based system for our technicians. You will earn a generous portion of all services you render, but not an hourly wage. The expectation is to grow your own client base and following. We are an established Medical Spa but there is room for growth on the aesthetic side at our Lake Orion location. Extremely fun group to work with at our beautiful location on Lake Orion.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
