Medical Social Worker
Bethel, Alaska
Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:

• Starting pay: $71,489 annually, with potential for up to a 30% increase based on experience
• Generous Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments (at 90 days and 1-year anniversary).
• Requires a 2-year commitment to the organization.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
• Skillset: Experience in hospital-based social work, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant social work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Sponsorship: Not currently offering visa sponsorship.
