Sales Representatives are working with both healthcare professionals and patients with our process. You will be trained using both B2B and B2C systems, opening opportunities which many Medical Sales companies cannot reach. RxWound dedicates time providing the proper Medical Education to staff, partnered doctors, and patients with our products. RxWound serves the United States and Puerto Rico. Starting reps easily make $2,000+/week. Top reps make over $50,000/week. At RxWound, Medical Sales Representatives can pursue a lucrative opportunity we are currently serving. You will work your local region, and travel as much or as little as you choose. As a sales associate you must establish, build, and maintain relationships with our doctors and patients through constant communication and in person visits. The sales associate role is required to maintain expert knowledge of our products and will complete the RxWound Medical Sales Certificate Program before being sent into the field. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory. Represent RxWound, an independent regional distributor authorized to sell our products, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons, doctors, healthcare professionals, and patients directly.
  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies with both B2B and B2C concepts.
  • Communicate with current and new patients regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.
  • Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone and face-to-face).
  • Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
  • Address any problems that arise with patients or partnered healthcare professionals.
  • Support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non-compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, accreditation & licenser requirements, and Company policies & procedures.
  • Work with Sales Managers by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed.
  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business training requirements and applications.
  • Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.
  • Participate in and attend weekly sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
  • Meet vendor credentialing requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to patients and doctors.
  • 2-5 years demonstrated sales success in competitive B2B and B2C industries.
  • Experience as a medical sales representative in the medical field is also a plus.
