is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Medical Records & Central Supply Clerk

to support both medical documentation and supply operations within our skilled nursing facility. This dual role is essential to maintaining accurate records and ensuring our care teams have the supplies they need to provide exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities:

Medical Records:

Maintain and organize resident medical records File physician orders, labs, and progress notes Assist with chart audits and compliance tasks Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Track admissions, discharges, and transfers

Central Supply:

Receive, label, and stock incoming medical supplies Maintain inventory and reorder as needed Distribute supplies to nursing units Track usage and assist with vendor communication Follow infection control and safety guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in healthcare, medical records, or central supply preferred Knowledge of medical terminology & HIPAA is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
