Job Description

Responsibilities:

A Clerk I assists in the daily processes and functions of the Health Information Management department.
A Clerk I functions under the direct authority and supervision of the Director of Health Information Management department.
Some of the many skills performed
Filing, prepping, scanning, indexing CPSI Chart Locator Accessing Information in CPSI, T-system, and other associated electronic medical record systems Basic equipment/computer operation Release of information

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:High school graduate or equivalent with good typing/computer skills
