Job Overview:
The Medical Records Team Lead will manage the existing Medical Record Specialists and grow our team. You will be responsible for assessing team performance, providing coaching and feedback, while participating in the medical record process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee all personnel in Medical Records department
Oversee the medical record process and improve efficiency
Track and improve both internal and external medical records processes
Liaison with ARC
Work with Pre-Litigation General Manager for any updates and changes to the current processes
Manage and maintain typical case managers' case load
Occasionally process and save medical records received via email, fax, and mail
Knowledge & Skills:
