- Patient Scheduling & Front Office Coordinator



Join our rapidly growing, fast-paced pain management practice. This role supports four days of active patient care and one administrative day on Fridays.

Responsibilities



Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for a high-volume pain practice Manage provider calendars to ensure efficient use of clinic time and appointment slots Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide instructions, and address scheduling needs Coordinate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure availability for procedures and follow-up visits Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the EHR Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling inquiries in a professional, patient-focused manner Collaborate with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications



Previous experience in a medical office or pain management setting preferred Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency with scheduling systems, especially

eClinicalWorks (eCW)

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
