Carson Medical Group is currently seeking a Patient Services Representative - Front Desk. This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice upon arrival, providing excellent customer service while collecting estimated patient financial responsibility, and accurately recording patient information

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Provides exceptional service to all patients and visitors Calculates, explains, and collects estimated patient responsibility upon check-in. Obtains and records accurate updated demographic information upon check-in Works with patients to answer questions Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
