Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a medical setting.

Duties

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform insurance verification and handle medical collections
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain electronic health records accurately
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role is preferred
- Knowledge of health information management systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or dental offices is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
