Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly positive attitude, ensuring an excellent first impression. Answering, screening, and messaging incoming phone calls using a multi-line system with a clear and warm tone. Scheduling appointments, updating calendars, and working closely with the doctor and technicians to help insure our patients obtain the best possible service.

. Bonus:Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important to us.

Experience



Prior experience working in an optometry, medical office or healthcare setting would be a plus however, we are willing to train an outstanding individual.
Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
