Your Impact

As an MLT, you'll play a key role in delivering fast, accurate lab results that directly impact patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating effectively with patients & providers Processing lab orders & ensuring timely data delivery Performing lab tests with precision Troubleshooting equipment & refining testing methods Contributing to research, training, and process improvements Handling phone inquiries and reception tasks professionally

What We're Looking For

Associate degree in

Medical Laboratory Technology

MLT Certification (ASCP) - or eligible to obtain within 6 months Completion of clinical training as part of the degree program
