Under limited supervision, performs complex analyses on a variety of sample types, utilizing independent judgment to generate acceptable test results. Performs as lead by managing workflow, mentoring others and serving as clinical resource.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Technology, biology or related sciences or an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, basic sciences or related field required or completion of Military Laboratory Technician program with relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience (bachelor\'s degree) preferred; or minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience (Associate in MLT or related field or Military Lab Technician Training program) required.
• ASCP or equivalent preferred.
