Some of the Ways You'll be a Lead Contributor:



Lead and perform the Intake & Admission process. Walk with the patients and families through an otherwise scary and trying time. Connect them with our clinical team for the start and continuation of care.

Manage the billing and compliance process. Connect with patients, Dr's offices and insurance companies, approve copays. Follow up with billing team as needed.

Protect the confidentiality and integrity of all pertinent employee and patient information in accordance with the Privacy Act, as well as agency established policies governing the release of information.

Work with all department team members in maintaining industry compliance standards to provide a level of people-centered care our industry has never seen.

Conducts KPI on a monthly basis, obtains necessary and accurate data and reporting and submits to participants prior to meeting.

Qualifications:



Associate's or Bachelor's in business or Health Services preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Ability to type at least 30 words per minute is required.

At least three years of clerical experience in a health care setting is required.

1-3 years of experience processing billing and insurance verifications.

Organizational skills that include being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
