Total Body Chiropractic & Massage is currently seeking a reliable and energetic

Medical Receptionist

to join our front desk team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview:

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients--both in person and over the phone. Key responsibilities include:

Utilizing medical software for scheduling and patient records Verifying insurance and understanding pre-authorization processes Managing phone and email inquiries professionally Scheduling appointments and collecting payments Performing general administrative and office duties Training to become a skilled Chiropractic Assistant dedicated to aiding the doctor in both treatment and office tasks
We are looking for a polished, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every interaction.

Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities are essential.

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar front-desk or receptionist role in a healthcare setting Familiarity with insurance verification and pre-authorizations Comfort with multitasking and administrative systems

Current days:

Tuesday and Friday

Potential for a

Monday-Friday

schedule in the near future

Hourly wage

is competitive and based on experience Additional income when performing duties of a Chiropractic Assistant
