is seeking a compassionate and experienced

Medical Director

to lead its veterinary team and drive clinical excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled veterinarian ready to take the next step into a leadership role while continuing to practice high-quality medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care Develop, implement, and uphold medical protocols and best practices Perform high-quality diagnostic, surgical, and preventive veterinary care Foster strong communication and trust with clients and the clinical team Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Dedication to compassionate, evidence-based medicine
