Job Description

Position Summary



We are seeking a driven and client-focused professional to promote and sell medical devices and related solutions within the hospital and healthcare sector. The selected individual will manage an assigned territory, build long-term relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and provide technical and commercial guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and manage a weekly schedule of client and prospect visits within the assigned territory. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of medical equipment, emphasizing key features and advantages. Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing estimates, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement. Achieve monthly and annual sales goals in alignment with company objectives. Maintain and expand existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. Provide technical and commercial support during the sales process to address specific client requirements. Coordinate product training sessions, promotional events, and demonstrations as needed. Assist with administrative tasks, billing coordination, and account management. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and corporate events. Maintain updated client and sales records, submitting activity and forecast reports as required. Promote teamwork, efficiency, and service excellence consistent with company values.

Requirements



Associate's degree or completion of at least two (2) years of university-level coursework in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Biomedical Technology, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales of medical devices, hospital equipment, or related technology products. Valid Puerto Rico driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the island. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, with functional English proficiency (oral and written). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-service abilities. Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and healthcare market dynamics. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends or holidays, based on business needs.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
