Caperton Fertility Institute, one of the nation's leading Infertility treatment centers, is rapidly expanding and looking for a Medical Customer Service Specialist that is interested in a great team culture, exceptional patient care, excellence in clinical medicine, and jump starting their medical office management career. Candidates interested in applying should be skilled communicators, self-motivated, ambitious, have excellent customer service skills, and be willing to learn. Work experience and knowledge of medical terminology related to the position are preferred but not required and most importantly, the ability to learn quickly, proven excellence in customer satisfaction with a positive attitude are a must! Caperton Fertility believes that our customer service attitude is the benchmark for success. We are seeking to add polished and professional customer service experts looking to further or start their rewarding and exciting career in the Medical Industry.

Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, medical terminology, and HIPAA are desired but not required. Prior employment in any customer service industry with proven success are a must. Our team is growing rapidly in the area and outside of our community. We utilize and employ some of the most advanced and unique laboratory facilities and clinical personnel in the country, to help couples build their families.
