Position Summary:



The Medical Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the


medical clinic ensuring high-quality, efficient care delivery. This position supervises clinical


nursing staff, monitors workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates clinical


initiatives with providers and leadership. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician, a strong


communicator, and an inspiring team leader.




Key Responsibilities:



1. Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, huddles, and


scheduling


2. Supervise and support clinical nursing staff in both administrative and clinical


functions


3. Ensure timely response to patient inquiries and service needs in line with policy and


protocol


4. Maintain inventory and supplies; ensure operational readiness of equipment and


exam areas


5. Monitor and mange laboratory, referral, and diagnostic tracking workflows


6. Ensure compliance with documentation, safety, sterilization, FTCA, 340B, and HRSA


guidelines


7. Lead team meetings, participate in Quality and Risk Management Committees, and


support continuous improvement


8. Coordinate clinic productivity efforts while ensuring outstanding customer service


9. Lead onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff, ensuring proper training and


adherence to policies


10. Provide coaching, performance assessment, and conflict resolution for supervised


staff





Minimum Qualifications:



Illinois license as a

Registered Nurse (RN)

and three years of supervisory experience

preferred


OR


Illinois license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least five years of clinical
experience and three years of supervisory experience

preferred


Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required

Position Details:

Full-Time (35 hours per week) Exempt (Salaried) Competitive Pay: $63,024 per year 14 Paid Holiday, IMRF Pension, Medical, Dental Vision, Life Insurance Eligible
