Experienced Medical Clinic Receptionist Needed - Full-time and PRN positions available

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Medical Clinic Receptionist to join an on-site employee private medical and wellness clinic for a major employer in the Lebanon area.

Who We Want:

An experienced Medical Office Receptionist or Medical Assistant that enjoys a team environment that offers quality patient care.

Experience:

We're hoping you've got 3+ years in urgent/or primary care settings.

Schedule:

Awesome work-life balance! Monday 7a-6:30p, Tuesday 7a - 6p, Wednesday 7a-4p, Thursday 7a-4p, Friday 7a-4p - possible rotating Saturdays 7a -11a
What You'll Be Doing (the fun stuff!):

Welcoming patients as they enter our clinic and assuring them an immediate positive experience.

Scheduling patients for upcoming appointments.

Collaborating with our clinicians in a close environment that is seamless to the patient.

Responding to employee questions as presented via phone.

Responsible for reviewing, responding, and/or transferring, as appropriate, voice messages and facsimile correspondence in a timely manner and according to established procedures.

Setting up exam rooms for upcoming patients

Perform urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing and assist Nurse Practitioner with DOT physicals.

Perform in-house lab tests and operate clinic equipment with accuracy and precision. Handle specimen collection and lab processing with strict adherence to universal precautions and bloodborne pathogen standards. Support and enforce infection-control policies and procedures. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and state regulations. Adhere to established service standards and provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and clinic visitors.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred. Proficient in EHR systems and basic computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills - bi-lingual is considered added benefit. Excellent organizational and people skills Ability to work in a patient focused, team-oriented environment. Strong work history and work ethic
