FYZICAL Therapy in Castle Rock, CO, is seeking a

full-time Medical Billing Specialist

to join our growing, family-owned practice. Our clinic provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for the pediatric and adult population, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced role while being part of a supportive team environment.

Your Role:

Accurately post charges, payments, and adjustments. Review and submit insurance claims in a timely manner. Follow up on denied or unpaid claims, working persistently to ensure reimbursement. Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding balances and billing questions. Maintain accuracy in financial and billing records. Generate reports to track collections and account status.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in

medical billing

(preferred in physical, occupational, or speech therapy, but not required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers. Persistence in following through on claims and problem-solving denials. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, insurance representatives, and team members. Comfort working with billing software and spreadsheets.
