Pleasant Pediatrics is hiring certified medical assistants to provide care to children and their families across Arizona. We have a fantastic work culture and all of our staff enjoy collaborating with each other to provide our patients with the best care. Our practice is proud to work with several community projects and partner organizations to provide care to at-risk communities. As a medical assistant, you\'ll care for and fulfill patient requests. This includes collaborating with our team of Pediatricians, managers, billers, and admin teams to serve our patients. • Greet and welcome patients
• Schedule appointments, create charts, and record information while following HIPPA.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the correct department (Care Team, Billing, etc.)
• Collaborate with providers to provide the best patient care
• Assist with medical office services and procedures such as immunizations, circumcisions, etc.

Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma; recommended but not required.
• Prior medical or service experience is recommended but not required.
