Provide care as directed to achieve desired outcomes for patients newborn thru geriatric.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experiencenone
Required License/Certifications/RegistrationsCurrent BLS/CPR card from approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation, whichever comes first.
Kansas Driver's License (if position requires driving)
Auto insurance equal to or greater than the Kansas Insurance requirements (if position requires driving)
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Education and ExperiencePrevious exposure to a medical environment.
Preferred License/Certifications/RegistrationsCertification as a MA, CNA, EMT, or HHA in the state of Kansas
Phlebotomy Technician PBT (ASCP)

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Possess compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
