Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is a people person and is friendly and well mannered.

Perform intake procedures, including obtaining vital signs Draw blood Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient information Do Referrals Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling medical records, and answering phones Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary Must be willing to draw blood Knowledge of vital signs is essential. Familiarity with EHR systems a plus, but will train Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and communication. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Work Location: In person
