Prepare examination rooms by cleaning and stocking supplies.
Take and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate for every patient.
Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the provider.
Perform phlebotomy, collect laboratory specimens, and conduct basic lab tests.
Provide patient education on treatments, procedures, and medication instructions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Reconcile medication lists, ensure accuracy, and communicate any issues to the mental health provider.
Assist in administering or preparing for mental health screenings, questionnaires, or assessments (e.g., PHQ-9 for depression or GAD-7 for anxiety).
Educate patients on managing their medications or treatment plans under the provider's guidance.

Administrative Duties:
Greet and check in patients, verifying personal and insurance information.
Schedule appointments, manage referrals, and follow up on test results.
Follow up on all patients prior to leaving the clinic.
Handle prior authorizations, prescription refills, and insurance verifications.
Answer patient inquiries in person, by phone, or via secure messaging platforms.
