Part-Time | On-Site | Medical Assistant

We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic Medical Assistant to help us and our providers deliver an amazing experience for all of our patients through excellent patient care.

About the Role
The ideal candidate is a team player that will be responsible for assisting our medical aesthetic professionals with treatments, labs, and other procedures. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our patients. They must hold and maintain a current state license and have experience in a medical setting.

Key Skills

Phlebotomy experience is preferred as the position will include drawing and processing labs. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations. Ability to abide by HIPPA and respect client confidentiality Must have enthusiasm for helping others feel and look their best and possess excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as standard/basic computer knowledge and strong time management skills.

Base Salary + Retail Commissions

Base Salary

: A guaranteed annual salary, paid on a biweekly basis.

Retail Commission

: Participation in a

team-based retail commission program

, designed to reward collaboration and the success of the entire practice. Commission payouts are based on overall retail sales performance.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Must hold and maintain a valid Indiana license/certification. Additional training/certification in phlebotomy and labs is preferred. Prior experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.
