Medical Assistant (Aesthetics & Weight Loss Clinic)

Job Summary

AVELUX Body Wellness is a modern medical weight loss and Aesthetic clinic launching in Dec.2025. We provide physician-supervised GLP-1 programs, EMShape body sculpting, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a professional and motivated Medical Assistant to support our clinical operations and patient care.

What You'll Do

Assist with GLP-1 weight loss patients (injections, vitals, intake, follow-ups)

Perform body composition assessments

Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms and equipment

Document patient progress, chart visits, and support clinical workflow

Provide excellent patient care and education during consultations

Help with basic administrative tasks (scheduling, intake forms, patient reminders)

Be comfortable appearing on camera for educational or clinic content

Support aesthetic services and body sculpting sessions as needed

Requirements

Must Have

Medical Assistant Certification or EMT Certification

Comfortable administering injections and handling clinical tasks

Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail

Available at least 24 hours per week

Tech-savvy and able to document in EMR accurately

Preferred

1+ years experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics setting

Interest in aesthetics, skincare, or body contouring

Experience working in a med spa or weight-loss clinic
