Role Summary

The Medical Assistant (MA) supports providers in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate pediatric care. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with children.

Key Responsibilities

Triage patients efficiently following clinic protocols Record vitals, weight, and changes in medical history Perform lab tests and collect specimens per provider orders Update and maintain electronic medical records Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients Assist with front office tasks (phones, check-ins) as needed Administer medications as directed by a provider Support providers during exams and procedures Perform x-ray positioning as directed Help maintain medical inventory and supplies

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Certified MA with relevant experience Pediatric experience preferred Strong professionalism and customer service skills Comfortable with electronic medical records

Schedule

Rotating 3-4 day schedule, including every other weekend Example: + Week 1 - Mon/Wed/Fri
+ Week 2 - Tue/Thu/Sat/Sun
Weekday Shifts: 8 hours Weekend Shifts: 10 hours
