Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Pay: $21-23 per hour

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts

FRONT OFFICE

Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by efficiently scheduling appointments. Keeps patient appointments on schedule by verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to the appointment; preparing necessary documents Maintain optimum patient confidentiality and safety.

BACK OFFICE

Room patients, take and record vital signs, and prepare them for provider exams. Document patient medical histories, chief complaints, and intake notes in the EMR. Assist providers with in-office procedures. Administer medications and immunizations. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens (e.g., blood, urine, swabs) Maintain exam room cleanliness and stock clinical supplies. Ensure equipment is sanitized and functioning properly. Coordinate follow-up care, including lab results, specialist referrals, and patient instructions. Monitor inventory of back-office supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Adhere to infection control protocols and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

2 years' experience in a clinical setting, required Phlebotomy experience, required Internal Medicine experience, preferred MA Certified CPR Certified
